We had an amazing stay at Rezidence Ostrovni! The location was perfect, just minutes away from all the major attractions including Charles bridge and the metro. The accommodations were very nice and comfortable, and the staff, especially Miss. Lenka and Mr. Daniel, were extremely helpful and polite. The owner was also very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We arrived early and they even allowed us to check in early without any issues. The room was clean and spacious with tall ceilings, giving it an airy feel. The bathroom and room amenities were great, and there was a mall nearby for all our shopping needs. we had a flawless stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The apartments are in an excellent location, making it easy to explore everything near the town or city centre by foot. the rooms are very spacious and well, equipped with high, quality facilities , air conditioning, microwave. the staff has excellent communication skills, and they’re always very helpful and friendly.

It’s important to note that the apartments do not have a 24, hour reception facility; thus, a prior arrival notice is required.

Although we had an overall incredible experience, the WiFi connection was quite poor, and we ended up relying on our personal data plan throughout our stay. the temperature in the room was a bit colder than we expected, and we did not have access to adjust the heat to our liking.
